an hour.  For starters theres the lead-up to it..... remember that its a 
punishment.

True....but how would a male feel going throught the rest of his natural
life without his..ahem...lower assets? Less than a man, perhaps? For one
who is cowardly enough to rape a woman, deservedly so.

A fitting punishment I'd say.
