It seems that MS Word 7 has a weird bug where triples periods (...) a 
replaced by a single period (.) when the export msdos text function 
is used... I'll kludge it for the next update, but it's not worth 
reposting.

ANYWAY... if you see somewhere in the the story where this looks to 
have happened, just assume it's three periods, and move on.
