Well, this probably doesn't answer the question but oh well.
Off the top of my head, I can't think of an event which could
inclusively show that Nabiki and Kuno were interested in
eachother, but I get a feeling that if matches had to be
made, they would end up together.  In the OVA with Hinako,
Hinako accidentally blasted the section of the audience where
Nabiki and Akane were setting.  Of course Akane and Nabiki
didn't get hurt, Ryoga and Kuno took the blow.  I'm not
sure if there is attraction between the two, but I don't think
there is an extreme dislike between the two either.  If you
are interested in reading a pretty good fic which deals with
this issue rather well, I would suggest reading Chiesei.
