Actually... part 4 was part 4... I just hadn't changed the in-titles to
reflect that.
part 3 became part 4 when I split part 1 into 2 parts. Anyway, I posted a
fixed copy
of that as Part 4 [fixed] sometime earlier today.... but, basically, all I
did was
change the "Part III" title in Part IV to Part IV. I hope this makes sense :).
