While Ranma has shown that he's willing to humiliate himself in pursuit 
of victory this seems a little out of character.

Given the macho beliefs he has I would have thought that he would assume 
that his male form can handle more pain than his female form.

An S&M scene with his female form may be fun to write (and read) but 
doesn't seem to fit in that well.  Have him date Kodachi as a guy 
instead...
