Hi.  A couple of weeks ago, I posted to rec.arts.anime
about whether or not there was a Ranma drinking game.
Well, the landslide response to that (at least five posts!)
led to the posting of a reasonable game.

Therefore, let's do the same thing here.  I'll post a few
starters, and you all follow up.  Keep in mind that this
does not necessarily have to be done with alcohol.  The
purpose of a drinking game is to identify common cliches
within a particular universe, and to have fun with those
cliches.

(examples:  Dalek shouts exterminate: 1 drink
            Wesley does something irritating: 1 drink
            etc.)

The less common the cliche, the more drinks:

(Peri wears a sensible outfit: 4 drinks
 Jo wears a sensible outfit: 6 drinks)

Let's get started, huh?

GENERAL CATEGORIES:

If the story doesn't change the staus quo at all, 1 drink
If the stories resolves a relationship, 2 drinks
If the story resolves *all* the relationships, 4 drinks
If Ranma and Akane confess their undying love, 1 drink

If someone dies, 1 drink
If it's Ranma or Akane, 3 drinks

1 drink for each appearance of the following people:
Gosunkugi
Mikado
Azusa
Tsubasa
Konatsu
Akari
Herb
Ranko Tendo (*NOT* Ranma-chan)

3 drinks if any of the above are major parts of the story

If Ryouga or Ukyou go through emotional torture, 1 drink
Ranma and Akane, 2 drinks
Anyone else, 3 drinks

If everyone lives happily ever after, 3 drinks
If everyone dies, 3 drinks

If something happens that Rumiko Takahashi would choke on
    her sake to see, 2 drinks


CROSSOVERS (does not include cameos):

with Ah My Goddess!, 1 drink
with Bubblegum Crisis, 1 drink
with Sailor Moon, 1 drink
with Urusei Yatsura, 1 drink

Any other anime series, 2 drinks

with Animaniacs, 3 drinks
with Are You Being Served?, 4 drinks


LEMON (warning inherent):

1 drink for the following sexual pairings:
Ranma/Akane
Ryouga/Ukyou
Nabiki/Kuno
Ranma/Ukyou
Mousse/Shampoo

2 drinks for:
Ranma/Shampoo
Akane/Shampoo
Akane/Ukyou
Nabiki/Ryouga
Kasumi/Tofu (note: *sexual only*)

3 drinks:
Ryouga/Akari
Kodachi/anybody
Kuno/Ranma-chan
Konatsu/Akari (did I get all of Caroline's pairings?)

4 drinks:
the Tendo sisters
Ranma/Ukyou/Akane/Shampoo
everyone in one big honkin' orgy

8 drinks, or more if you need them:
Cologne/anybody
Happosai/anybody

Drink one for each of the following lines (needn't be exact):

"[female] gasped as [male]'s member was revealed"
"That's the hymen"
1 drink each time character's name is shouted during climax
2 drinks if there's more than 20 characters in the name
     e.g. Akaaaaannnneeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

3 drinks if all of Ranma and Akane's problems and differences 
     mysteriously disappear after having sex


PARTICULAR AUTHORS:

1 for each author:
John Biles
Stefan Gagne
David Tai
Paul Gallegos
Benares
Caroline Ann Seawright (3 if it's not a lemon)
Mark Latus

1 drink if the author writes himself into a story
6 drinks if the author writes himself into the story as some
     all-knowing wiz who solves everything
8 drinks if he's got superpowers, too


Feel free to add anything.  As always, the goal is to be funny.
This may also be useful for avoiding cliches.
