Konatsu
Akari
Herb
Ranko Tendo (*NOT* Ranma-chan)
3 drinks if any of the above are major parts of the story
5 drinks if any of the above (who are not already) get cursed.

Also - drink 2 whenever a NEW member of the Habiki family shows up.
If Ryouga or Ukyou go through emotional torture, 1 drink
Ranma and Akane, 2 drinks
Anyone else, 3 drinks
If it's Kodachi - cheer
If everyone lives happily ever after, 3 drinks
If everyone dies, 3 drinks
If something happens that Rumiko Takahashi would choke on
her sake to see, 2 drinks
