No.  This is like 6*9=forty-something-or-other.  Making a Timelord out of 
a Hibiki is just...wrong.  What, did one of the Rani's experiments in 
genetic engineering go awry?  

Um, no, it actually didn't work that way. We first met her on IRC a 
couple of weeks ago, and *then* found out she was a Hibiki. It just 
seemed to fit, somehow. :)

Chroniko obviously has a 3d sense of direction (can find his way from 
school to home, without visiting Russia), but not a 4d sense of 
direction. (sure, he'll find his home, but at what time? - He's a Hibiki 
afterall.)

Actually...Like it was said, a sense of direction is ALL Chroniko's got :)

*And* a high degree of intelligence... She was the one who figured out 
how to clone C-ko for Kent, after all. The wisdom of doing this I leave 
as an exercise for the reader...
