----------- THE GREAT ANIME CROSSOVER FROM HELL!!! -----------
Side Story #1: A Few Moments In and Around D.C.
[...]
Edgar MacDougal was just opening his corner shop when he heard
the stampede. Now, technically, stampedes are not a usual occurance
in Washington D.C., seeing as how the closest place you'll find a cow
is the local McDonalds (and if you look carefully, it's probably
where you'll find the closest horse, too.)
I'll have you know that a friend of mine arranged for a horse for a
Indian (Asian) wedding in downtown DC in the McPherson Sq. area (it's
traditional, either a horse, camel, or elephant depending on the
area). The bride and groom looked smashing on it....
Aren't there police and maybe some tourist carriage type horses in DC
as well? But point taken; the horse lived in suburban Maryland.
