Blue eyes?  The only character that I know that has blue
eyes is Ranma.  Mousse sorta has blue-green eyes.  From
the anime that I've seen, Ukyou seems to have dark brown
eyes like Nabiki.
As for Ukyou and Ryouga looking like relatives (Yipes!), 
I've always found Ukyou's eyes to be slightly almond shape
and Ryuoga to be like Ranma, wide and squarish.  Their
faces, of course are similar, all the teenages have same
basic shape.  I have just seen An Akane to Remember and
when Ryouga dressed in drag his face is still definitely a
guy (despite the icky make up).  But when Ukyou is in
boy's uniform, she definitely looks like a girl.  I don't know... having
never seen the t.v. episode with her  yet and just going by the OAVs 
and movies, I really don't see a similarity.

P.S. Anyone know when the third movie will be available
in Canada?

Could it be that somewhere along the line in the anime Rumic world (and not 
too long ago either) one of the Hibikis took a Kuonji wife? That could 
cause all sorts of problems if our Mr. Hibiki and Miss Kuonji got together...
