I hate it.
That's praise, by the way. I judge stories based on the reaction they
draw from me. If I actually laugh, or turn away in disgust, that
generally means it was well written, and the author got his or her point
across.
There are exceptions to this rule. I am given to understand that
violent nausea and uncontrollable screaming were not the reactions the
thrice-cursed author of Sailor Moon was aiming for. Sad to say, that was
my opinion of it.
Seamus: He 'ad ta be hospitalized fer three days. Took five episodes of
Ranma before ya could even say "Anime" in his presence without him pukin'.
Anyway, I forged ahead, despite the use of a SM character. And I still
felt kinda sick, but I think that was good, ne?
A few questions:
1-Matt? Any particular reason why he has a western name?
2-I really can't see Nabiki as being that coldblooded. She may be
fairly amoral, but this goes past that and into downright degradation.
3-I have no clue, thank Bob, what the protagonist is like. But is she
always so passive?
4-This strikes me as a very well writen piece of writing. But it
doesn't strike me as a fanfic. You could replace "Nabiki" and "Lita" with
"Susan" and "Rebecca" and the story would still be the same. I would
consider turning this into a non-anime piece.
Course, that's just me.
And I agree with the Reverend. What _would_ Kasumi say?
Giles: "Oh my!" would be moy bet.
Oh, hush.
