I usually keep my C&C to private e-mail, but this story impressed me
to such a degree that I feel I have to speak my feelings to everyone.

Quite simply, this is the best story I have read from this ML while
I have been on it.

I agree with one of the other reviewers, in that there was really no
reason to pick the two anime characters that you did; it would have
done just fine as a professional piece of streamline fiction.  As is,
the references only make it all the more poignant.
