Now a real question: if Ranma leaves the picture box on his desk will not others >see it and 
give him grief about it? It is nice that Ranma decides to sort of show 
his affections that way, but I think he would later back slide and try to 
hide it again.  

He probably would, but he might risk it for a short amount of time...

Did Ranma make the necklace?  I have a really hard time 
believing that he went to all that time and trouble doing a nice job on 
it and no one noticed him doing so?  

Sure he did.  It's hard to believe he'd have a collection of Akane keepsakes in the first place...

Okay, now write more. 

Working on one right now... did you see my prelim guide?  Subject: NEED INPUT blah blah blah...  It's not a story yet, just a long description of "stuff" if you can't get it from the list I'll be happy to send it.

That's what I said a while ago... I have folders full of unread fics now...  If I read them, my mailbox fills with mail; If I read my mail, it fills with fics!
