Errr... where do you get the idea that Ryouga and Ukyou were made for each
other? They don't particularly like each other, let alone love each other.
They use each other all the time so that they can get what they want, which
happens to be mutual. Ukyou want Ranma, Ryouga wants Akane. Ukyou doesn't 
want Ryouga and Ryouga doesn't want Ukyou. They hardly are even together in
the manga, even when they are in the same story, let alone falling in love!

*cringe* um, the Anime?(what little I've seen with the two of 'em together)?
fanfics? *sniffle* I'm sorry, don't hurt me...but I still think that Ryouga
nad Ukyou should get together...since I've never seen any of the manga past
um...that bit with the Japanese jysenkyou(SP!!!!), and the only anime I've
seen with 'em is Ranma movie 2...it seems that She's the only girl he can
really talk to without getting all shy and embarassed and stuff....(don't
hurt me too much if that's not true please*whimper*)
