I need a little help on describing Akane in my FanFic. I noticed from the 
TV series that her hair isn't black like Ranma or Ryoga's but more like a 
dark blue. Is it me, my TV or just true? Also, I believe that Shampoo's 
hair is blue. Again, is it me, my TV or true? My friend says it's 
bluish-purplish.

     Shampoo's is quite purple. Akane's is a bluish-black. You might want to
check your tint and add a little red to it, it sounds like your TV is on the
green side.
