Nope, Ranma was engaged to a Tendou girl BEFORE Genma went off to China and
BEFORE he left Nodoka. Soun and Genma were friends when they lived near
each other. Not after Genma started running around the country. When Genma
was running around, he met Ukyou's dad. If he was at home with Nodoka at
the time, then he wouldn't be in need of food. Ukyou is the second, and
only other fiancee of Ranma.
