Use pico. ^_^  It's a unix/linux/pc based program which just so happens to
word wrap at the correct width.  And if it's over, you can hit the justify
and it will clean up a paragraph, though this function should be used with
care. ^_-

Use vi.  It's much better for linewrap.  Or use emacs if you know how.

The Unix philosophy.  Do one thing, and do it well.

Please line wrap your fics.  Us Unix guys make sure we wrap them for you, 
the least you can do is return the favor.  (Naturally, I use vi to strip 
^M's and wrap them when you don't, but not everyone knows how to do that.)
