   One of the running jokes throughout the series is the fact that Ryoga
DOES "hop into bed" with Akane - as P-Chan. Repeatedly. And while he may
indeed be "sweet, kind, and caring", he hasn't really shown it much in the
Anime. Let's review some of my favorite Ryoga quotes:
   "Ranma Saotome, tonight you roast in hell!"
   "I shall see you suffer before I kill you!"
   "You should not have made me angry!"

As I said before, it's the wrong 'hop into bed'. Shampoo 'hops into bed'
for sex. Ryouga 'hops into bed' for a snuggle and to be near her... and
he gets beaten up by her, each night, as she sleeps just to be near her!

Good point. I've always thought Ryouga was not nearly as goodly as some 
make out. That said, I don't think much of Shampoo's IQ either.
