No, I think you were right.  AFAIK, Ryouga gets kissed both times
(although I don't remember the Koi story too well).  Since the mirror
story came after the Koi fishing rod story, I guess Ryouga didn't count
kissing Ranma before when he said it was to be his first kiss, with
Akari.

transalation archive is refusing connections, could someone please tell
me in private email?  And if it's permanent, where the translations were
moved?  No other site seems to have as much stuff as that place did.
