Technical explanation follows.
With amount of traffic on this list it would be impossible for a each item
to be delivered as individual mails (besides think of the job putting all
the stamps on each envelope); so they have to be wrapped up and sent out as
packets. Now as most people are probably aware; if your looking for rapid
delivery of packets then you use a courier service; in this case White Wolf
has chosen UPS.
Personally I'm glad WW has chosen UPS, if it was Group4 then we'd be losing
posts all the time. (You have to have a knowledge of UK events to appreciate
this.)
Now ethernet (the most common form of connection to the internet) sends it's
information out in packets. On an ethernet only one signal is allowed to be
active at once, so it is absolutely it is vital that the drivers of the UPS's
vehicles stay away from the bus and keep to the right lane or collisions
occur - frequently known as a 'crash'.
