getting requests to explain what happened in the Final Ranma Manga so that
my story made sense. I will put out the entire deal in 4 parts.

Shounen Sunday #50, 1995 (Volume 37, part 7): Title: "Air battle at Mount
Phoenix"
Standing on a bridge among the lying bodies of guards, Ranma, Mousse and
Ryouga are facing Kiima. Ranma demands her to give Shampoo and the Jusenkyou
map back, while Kiima "thanks" them for bringing the _Kinjakan_ (the sceptre-
like magical object Safran uses, now owned by Ranma). Kiima attacks with her
"suichousenzanyoku", Ranma uses the Kinjakan to pare, brags a little about
his ability at using it, and then tries and attack with it, throwing the ring
forward. It only ends up in destroying the bridge under the three boys own
feet, and they fall. The ring comes back to the pole, allowing Ranma to fly,
riding the object (feet on the ring, holding two handles on the vertical pole)
He thus reaches the rock face.
Meanwhile, Mousse and Ryouga fell through the roof of a building placed
fortunately just under the bridge. The room is full of giant eggs (and the
fridge too is full of (normally sized) eggs, Plum and Genma, suddenly
appearing, tell them). Ryouga tentatively knocks one of the eggs, which
breaks, revealing an old man who instantly calls Ryouga "Master". They
understand the trick Kiima used on Shampoo to subdue her (the first thing a
bird sees after its birth, it considers as its mother: the infamous _surikomi_
concept from Movie 3).
Back to Ranma who is fighting against Kiima with the Kinjakan. She uses
her sword, but Ranma succeeds in having her hit by heavy rocks, and she falls,
knocked out. Koruma and Masara, just having get out of the underground maze,
save her (by chance). Ranma thinks Shampoo and the map are lost, but from
the bridge, Safran calls him. Ranma is informed by the old servant that the
"kid" is Lord Safran, and is asked his name. He introduces himself.
Safran then produces a cage with Shampoo in it, daring him to attack with
the Kinjakan. Ranma is of course afraid and doesn't move, much to Safran's
surprise. Mousse and Ryouga get out their building, and seeing the
situation, Mousse decides to "help" Ranma, and sends him toward Safran and
Shampoo. Ranma, too afraid of Shampoo to do anything is about to be sliced
down by Safran, when Shampoo, who sees him coming with eagerness, saves him,
escaping out of her cage and jumping on Ranma's face, thus sending him in
his "I'm afraid of cats" frenzy. He thus knocks down Safran and the servant,
He also throws the ring, that Mousse manages to grasp with a hook, and all of
them (Mousse, Ryouga, Genma and Plum) are dragged up to Ranma and Shampoo, in
Safran's room, thanks to the ring which comes back to its pole. Ranma ends
up against a cupboard, which opens and lets fly the Jusenkyou map. Mousse
happily reaches to Shampoo who is snuggling up to Ranma.
But the doors open, and Shampoo runs towards Kiima, who enters with
Safran and the others Mount Phoenix people. She once again demands for the
Kinjakan, and Ranma, who has just awaken, replies that it looks like something
very important. Safran decides to cut short and pull a rope, sending our
heroes (with the map and the Kinjakan) flying towards the ground through a
trap door in the floor. Safran shouts to them he will give back Shampoo at
the source of Jusenkyou. Kiima is surprised by Safran's deed, but Safran
tells her that they are going to take advantage of their enemies' weakness:
he shows her the picture of Akane which has fallen from Ranma's pocket, and
tells her to go to Japan and to bring her back to Jusenkyou in order to drown
her...
Shounen Sunday #51, 1995 (Volume 37, part 8): Title: "Akane to Jusenkyou"
We begin with a flashback of the last words of Safran to our heroes falling
to the ground: he will give back Shampoo at the source of Jusenkyou. Then we
see some neat human-shaped holes in the ground, and two pretty battered Ranma
and Mousse studying the map of Jusenkyou. They realize that going to the
source means going through Jusenkyou, giving them an occasion to find the
Nannichuan (spring of drowned man). They also realize Ryouga is nowhere to be
seen, and Genma tells them he took the Kinjakan to find some food, since, Plum
adds, the eggs they took from Mount Phoenix are not edible. Of course Ryouga
is utterly lost (in Moscow, BTW).
Meanwhile, in Japan, Akane, in her bedroom is preparing for school, thinking
about Ranma, at least about how he won't even give a phone call. An ominous
flight of ravens pokes at her window. On the first floor, the rest of the
Tendou family hear loud sounds coming from above, and run to Akane's room, but
Akane has disappeared, and the windows are broken...
In Mount Phoenix, Safran is "discussing" with his servant, and we learn that
he not only wants the Kinjakan back, but also to take his revenge on Ranma.
The raven flight arrives and leaves Akane on the ground. She awakes and
looks at the strange landscape. Kiima is here too, and "welcomes" her to
the legendary training ground of Jusenkyou. She then explains the principle
of Jusenkyou and also tells her the Mount Phoenix people use the Nyannichuan
and Nannichuan to acquire human forms which allow them to go unnoticed in the
world. Akane defiantly asks her if she had her brought here to tell her that,
and Kiima produces the picture of Akane that, she says, Ranma was secretly
carrying with him. Akane is moved, but Kiima quickly adds that she is Ranma's
weakness; Akane tries to protest, but Kiima attacks with her
"suichousenzanyoku", cutting lots of bamboo poles. Akane defends herself with
some of them, knocks a few ravens into a nearby pool, and sees them going out
transformed into toads. Kiima promises her the same fate, and Akane tries to
escape (for Ranma's sake), but while running she steps on a trap which was
hiding a pool: Akane sinks into it. Kiima cackles for receiving such an useful
girl...
Later, Ranma is riding the Kinjakan, pulling a cart with the others in.
They are late, because of Ryouga, who finally brought them some _nikuman_
(brioches stuffed with meat) from Pekin (Beijing). Plum tells them Jusenkyou
is behind the next mountain, when Ranma sees a figure lying on the road ahead
of us. It's Akane, in bad shape.
Later, in a cheap inn, Akane explains that she doesn't know why she is here,
because she cannot remember anything well. Ranma butts in and tells her to go
back, --though she says she want to be with him/them-- because she is a burden
on them, as usual, and gets pounded by Genma for not being nice to his fiancee.
Later into the night, Plum, with the Jusenkyou map in her hand, and Akane are
sleeping in the same room. Suddenly Akane awakes and gets up... Ranma is
having a bath, still carrying the Kinjakan. He is full of anger against his
enemies, because of what they did to Akane. Suddenly a noise behind the door
alerts him. The door opens, and Akane steps in, ready for the bath. Ranma is
utterly surprised, and Akane, a soft expression on her face, says his name...
Shounen Sunday #52, 1995 (Volume 37, part 9): Title: "Accident to Jusenkyou"
Akane is standing in the bathroom, holding her towel to her, while Ranma,
very astonished and flushed, is still in the bathtub. She says to him that
she wants to be with him, and come near to the bathtub. Ranma, out of
embarassment, escapes to the door, and facing says that she's different
from the usual Akane, but Akane dropping the towel, hugs him from behind
and says that she has been drowned in Jusenkyou, and that he must dislike
her now. Ranma protests and says it doesn't matter to him, and Akane hugs
once again, out of joy. Ramna flushes to the point he emits steam, and
let the Kinjaka slide out of his hand, to which Akne gives a look.
Enter Mousse and Ryouga, shouting after Ranma for his long bath. They
discover, to their utter surprise, Akane in Ranma's arms, and Ryouga's heart
shatters. He tries to convince himself it's only a vision, and out of anger
breaks a tap. Cold water drenches Akane and Ranma, but he notices, only he
transformed. Then Akane takes the Kinjaka and dives for the bath, and it's
Kiima who emerges! Answering to Ranma's (now female) question, she explains
she created a new cursed spring ("Akaneniichuan") by digging a new spring and
dumping Akane into it, and that it was all Safran's plan. Ranma understands
that it means that Akane is actually in China. Ranma tries to catch her but
she escapes through the window (and still naked). The three boys hastily
dress and discover Plum bound on her bed, the map of Jusenkyou, she says,
having been stolen by Akane. They go and chase after Kiima.
Mount Phoenix birdmen are at the source of Jusenkyou, a mountain from which
a fall descends, with many pipe-like closed openings. The place is called
_Jusendou_ (curse, spring, cave). They are searching for an entrance into it
under Safran and his servant's watch, but the wrong ones are trapped and
explode when opened. But the elderly birdman plunges the map into boiling
water, and another map appears, of Jusendou this time, which allows them to
avoid all the traps and labyrinths of the mountain, which would be impossible
without it...
Ranma, Ryouga, Mousse and Genma, without the map, reach Jusenkyou, just in
time to see all the springs go dry. Jusenkyou is dead, they won't ever be
able to be full men again. Later, they are all gathered in the Guide's house,
in a very low mood, and Plum wonders because her father has disappeared. She
then says she will show them Jusendou --the boys are stunned-- because it is
indeed a famous place to visit, as a poster tells them, but she is embarassed
because she only remembers half of the inside of the mountain.
Meanwhile Akane awakes. She is prisoner in a cave and only remembers
her sinking into a spring. Koruma and Masara are there, to bring her some
food, and she attacks them, but is quickly pushed back, and they tell her
she is kept only for when Ranma will try and intrude into the mountain.
The Ranma team has reached the mountain. The fall is now no longer coming
down. Plum tells them that the entrances are trapped, but she doesn't
remember the good one, so they use a service entrance found there. After
a moment of shock, Ranma, Ryouga and Mousse enter and are welcomed by a splash
of cold water. Shampoo is standing guard against intruders...
Shounen Sunday #1, 1996 (Volume 37, part 10): Title: "Akane Escapes"
Shampoo attacks our heroes : onna-Ranma, Plum, and Mousse Ryouga and Genma
in their animal forms. Ranma fights her but he wants to subdue her without
hurting her to undo the brainwash. Ranma takes one of her bombori from
Shampoo, and (duck)Mousse ties her in a flurry of chains and ropes. Ranma
tries to convince Shampoo he is a friend, but she kicks the ball of the
bombori he holds in his hands. It flies towards Genma, who blocks it: it
opens and numerous eggs come out. They quickly breaks and strands engulfs
him in a beg egg. Shampoo escapes Ranma and tries to break the egg, and Plum
remembers the _surikomi_(*) trick. Ranma intervenes and tries to gain Genma
for himself by breaking the egg open himself, but Genma is knocked out and
cannot look at him, but regains consciousness at the precise time Shampoo
lands on Ranma's head, and he looks at her: he is now her slave, and then
attacks Ranma, who is angry because his father is usually of no use. Taking
advantage of his saying this, Shampoo kicks him, with (duck)Mousse and
(pig)Ryouga toward the wall. Seeing the situation is bad, Plum opens a secret
door in the wall as the three crashes in, and they escape to secret stairs,
much to Shampoo and Genma's dismay, who stayed on the other side. Plum tells
them the stairs lead to a room with hot water so they can all change back into
men.
In another place, Akane tries to break the gate of her prison. Pushing,
pulling and hitting don't work, but when, desesperate she pulls sideways on it,
the lock releases and the door slides open. She quickly escapes, and the badly
beaten guards she left after her give alert.
Meanwhile, Ranma with Plum and Ryouga on his back and Mousse flying along
reaches the door of leading to the hot water supply room, but when he opens it,
there is nothing but a large gap with holes in the wall and crossed by large
trunks. Running below on one of these, they see Akane escaping the birdmen
guard and skillfully avoiding their arrows. Ranma (and therefore the others
clung to his back) jumps to rescue her, but before he can reach her, she is
taken away by Koruma and Masara. Mousse grabs a flying birdman with a chain,
and with this leverage so they hit the two birmen from behind. They let Akane
escape, but Ranma grabs her hand before she falls, and they then fly towards a
lonely pit in the rockwall. Unfortunately, only Akane makes it, the others
crash in the stone above the hole, and Akane see them falling down till they
splash into water far below. She shouts Ranma's name. A dark figure appears
from her and gags her mouth with its hand...
Note: (*) surikomi is when a bird braks out of its eg, the first he saw is
recognized as its mother. Here, the first person seen by the persons taken
into the giant eggs will be obeyed without discussion.
