He's a funky little guy who wears two candles on his head(tied
there by a cloth), and puts curses on people with voodoo dolls,
spikes, etc.

he, like everyone else, is after akane.  just like nabiki, he takes
lots of pictures and makes cash selling them.  he is also supposed
to be a big dork/geek.

Ranma: "I kissed her?  Kissed Akane?  You're jerking my chain, pop!"
Genma's Sign: "YOU DID"
*WRACH* (floor breaking, ryoga rises out of the hole)
Ryoga: "Saotome...animal!"
Ranma: "What are you talking about??"
*FWIP* (Ryoga whipping out picture of Ranma in cat-mode kissing 
        Akane)
Gosunkugi: "Lucky I had my camera on me!"

incidentally, gosunkugi caused that scene to happen...because he
found out about Ranma's greatest fear(cats) (kuno hired him to
find ranma's weakness) and led him into "Feline Hell!", triggering 
Ranma's change and causing him to kick everyone's butt and kiss 
Akane.
