Well, my friends.  it looks like my days on IRC are over...  My school 
has finally ripped it out and I got disconnected in the middle of #fflive.

     NO YOU WON'T! Just get MIRC! My school pulled the same trick, but I can
still connect to IRC with mIRC.

mIRC?  Tell me more!!!  Please!
Our school keeps us off of irc during the day, which is the only time 
the lab is open and I have access to a computer.

     mIRC is a program you use over a SLIP or PPP connection. It is an IRC
client program, and circumvents most means of stopping IRC usage, but it was
developed so people could IRC from home.
