Don't forget 'Money', my personal favorite story of damnation and
redemption. Well, my favorite since, umm, I wrote it. I'm biased. :)
I thought "Money" was a little too didactic -- it came off like a
remake of _A Christmas Carol_. I liked "Wicked Garden" a lot more.
I've been pondering a few other dark / semidark story ideas, since
they're quite a thrill to do. Gotta be done RIGHT, though, or it's
just pointless sadism...
True. Still, it always fascinates me how almost all the characters
in Ranma can be re-interpreted to bring out their tragic dimensions. It
reflects on how well Takahashi set her characters up.
