These guys are tossing around the idea of a crossover between
BGC and the World of Darkness, a role-playing universe developed
in games by the White Wolf Game Studios (no connection to WW here 8-).
The universes are based on our modern world, with supernatural
creatures added for fun (vampires, werewolves, ghosts, mages and
faeries).

Specifically, Kevin is refering to the game called Mage. The names
he's tossing here are names of like-minded groups of mages.
Syndicate, Iteration X and New World Order are techno-mages for
whom magic and super-science are one and the same,  AK brothers
or Akashik Brothers are mages using asian martial arts, Dreamspeakers
are primitive shamans, VAs or Virtual Adepts rely on computers and
virtual reality and so on...

HIT marks are, of course, the game world's version of The Terminator
They go by series, the latest and deadliest being the Mark 6.

And, of course, Tendo Kasumi is a Marauder with a Quiet base of
at least 7.
