Yes!  There have been other versions of Erin Mills.  If you look at the
first postings of TGACFH, he signs it v. 2.0.  Which makes me
wonder, "Why the upgrade?"

    Calculator: Ahem, here is the official timeline and exact 
circumstances of upgrades in the saga of the entity known as "Erin 
Mills version 2.5"

    Oct. 1976-Mar. 1996: Erin Mills (unoffically v. 1.0) lives a 
relatively normal if occasionally chaotic life. Accidentally killed 
when first sig characters, "The Ukyou Clones" went insane and tried 
to take over.

    Mar. 1996 week 3: Other sig characters use Biogen system pilfered 
by Erin 1.0 from "Ministry of Confusion" fanfic and create Erin Mills 
2.0, essentially the same, but with ingrained esper powers to combat 
megalomaniacal Ukyous. Ukyous defeated, all sig characters zapped and 
Biogen system destroyed to avoid any future unpleasantness.

    Spring Break 1996: Erin 2.0 has slight problem at hair stylist's 
and accidentally burns half the salon down, escaping with severe 
burns. Takes another trip to "MoC" fanfic and steals another Biogen 
system. Transfers consciousness into "Erin Mills version 2.5." Nearly 
identical to 2.0 but with no esper powers and no ponytail.

    Mar. 1996-Apr. 1996: Erin 2.5 lurks on Ranma ML and actively 
posts and spams to fanfic ML, occasionally getting himself into dire 
trouble (see the infamous verbal duel with PW a few weeks ago) 

    We hope this clarifies the ongoing questions of why Mr. Mills has 
so many upgrades.
