The Tarot series...kinda neat.....
try a book called " Bring Me the Head of Prince  Charming " and the next two

Roger Zelazny is the author.  Thats a series about this demon (forgotten
the name) who is trying to win the contest between good & evil (held once
every 1000 years) - the antics he gets up to are quite funny ;)

Based on Faust and Mesistopelies (probably a really strange spelling of
that ne?)

The second book was, but the third one is totally original ^^
In fact of the three, I enjoyed the third one the best...unfortunately
I am not quite sure of the title....something in the lines of "A Farce to
be Reckoned With"

 It was funny and I also liked the original by Kit Marlowe.

Oh, and read the Amber series as well.

A definite reccomendation for this one. My roommie is running a
mailing-list/game based on the Amber RPG. It's probably good but I prefer
the old fashioned way of gaming with people in the same room as you. I'dd
join but I think it would only encourage my roomate to become a bigger
net-junkie...If you are interested in details of this drop me a line and
I'll give you his address.....actually a HER adress as he's using another
friends account...but no matter....
