Really,  If you look at a lot of Post Holocust films, 99% of the effects
they describe are less accurate then the things he has stated.  Look as
Fist of the Northstar.  It has one of the most screwed up statements about
life after a nuclear war, but it is very sucessful.  Or Star Trek, or most
shows.  If he was trying to write a statement about nuclear war then you
might be correct but he is not.  The Ranma universe is not OURS IN
ANYWAY.
