Check any of these places...there will be the latest version of MIRC. If it
doesn't specify a version for you on the page, then the zip should (as mine
did) have two .exe files...one is MIRC32, the other is MIRC. THe MIRC.EXE is the
16 bit executable....this is one solution. Although I don't really get why
your WIN95 has only a 16bit winsock (I've got 32 on my Win95). But I'm not
really sure how to upgrade to a 32bit winsock...oh well....
