The following addresses questions asked about Nameless Saga pts 3 and 
4. Thanks to everyone who gave C&C.

What happened to Betty-chan?
   Er...I assume Tofu has her packed away somewhere.

Are Shampoo and Kodachi doing the name-thing on purpose?
   No. See my earlier posts on this subject.

What is Ranma's dream supposed to signify? What's happening?
   I rewrote the dream bit about 4 times before I settled on the version 
seen in the draft. Hopefully, people realized what it was about; I didn't 
get much feedback on that part. The key to understanding it is that the 
shadow behind him was Akane all along.

Why haven't Kasumi and Nabiki turned on each other?
   Err....um....They, uh, subconsiously sence the tea's taint in the 
other and give her a wide berth. Not hard to do, Nabiki hasn't left her room.

Why is Cologne being so helpful?
   Deus ex Machina. Besides, there's something she didn't tell them....

It's about time you put in Ukyo. Will she have a part in the next episodes?
   Yes, though I'm not sure how much of one. The opening scene of episode 
four, by the way, is pretty much how I start my mornings.

How did Kasumi beat Ranma so easily?
   When Ranma made his grab for P-Chan, he still wasn't really taking 
Kasumi's abilities seriously; deep down he didn't believe her capable of 
coming close to his skill. He was overconfident, then dazed by the first 
hit he took. Finally, Ranma isn't a match for either Kasumi or Nabiki at 
this point.

Wasn't the whole shirt thing out of character for a relatively 
levelheaded person like Ukyo?
   Ukyo is chasing her very own Great White Whale. Ahab would understand. 
Just call me Ishmael....

What's gonna happen with the commercials?
  I'm cutting them out of the future drafts. It was getting too damn hard 
to think them up, and they were holding up the story. I might space out 
the one I've already written in the final draft. I'm not sure.

   Episode 5 is underway. I've got no idea when it'll be done, but I'm 
guessing the end of the week. Keep the C&C rolling....
