	That does not say that she is stupid.  We're taking the stance 
that Usagi is smart, but she chooses not to use it, for one reason or 
another.  A reaction to her past life, when she had to do everything 
right and live up to her Mother (What a task, considering Queen Serenity, 
huh?)  She now is a normal girl and just doesn't work as hard, and she's 
developed some bad habits.  OK, a lot of bad habits. :)
