Anyway, Andy's 9PM EST (NY, Montreal, etc) works out to be 0100 GMT.  So,
for the most part, the east coast of N. America is -4GMT (normally, as TCT
said, it's -5GMT, but the time change fixed that).  The west coast of N.
America would be -7GMT right now.

If I've done this correctly (and I'm sure you guys will tell me if I didn't
<g>), 9PM N. American EST (-4GMT) Wednesday/Saturday works out to 11AM
Thursday/Sunday in Tasmania (+10GMT)
