    Evening once more,

Nothing personal, but you have a grammatical error in above
sentence.
This is correct:
Barring any kind of accidental deletion of said patient and any other
things that would sway his judgement for such patient such as getting
something called a life outside the house and away from the computer, full
patient recovery should be in about two weeks. Of course, said problems
mentioned above could hinder the doctor's speed.

Barring....computer. was a sentence fragment.
Full ....speed. was a run-on centence with a missing comma after
"course".

You'd think that doctors would have better english.... God knows they
need something to offset the handwriting. :)

(This post, as yours, is to be taken as humor, which I have a very bad
sense of) <--Now, how's that for a sentence to kill an english teacher.
:)

And you haven't even seen my handwriting yet... ;) You see all us
lefties are plotting to over throw the world, to achieve such means we
write sloppily and our speeling suxs. This writing can only be decyfered
by other lefties and pasted onto our other revolutionary brothers. Just
you watch... ;) ;)
But for a truely grueling head ache sift through my fics. ;) ;) Which
(shameless plug) be on the remailer. And for correcting me speeling said
FanFic Mler has been put on my editor's list, joining the rank of the few,
the proud, the ones straped down into chairs and forced to read my stuff.
;) Twas a joke really and truely just kidding. :) I never do that to
anyone.. :)
