Oh boy...shouldn't have read this after lunch.....
   Again, Nice one. Seems to be in the same style as the first two (well, 
duh.) and shares a lot of their strengths. I kinda thought the quote from 
the manual at the beginning was a nice touch, and can personally attest 
to the ranking of dormitories as specials....
   The series has in a way given me deja vu. One of my friends worked for 
the city as an Animal Control guy one summer, and with the abcence of 
cyberpunk stuff you've been telling a variation on his story....right 
down to the old man.
   I'll be waiting for the next one.
