   Hm. I wasn't the only one who thought Mr. Rutsch was unimpressed with 
the story. Of course he slammed his own work too...

I was afraid of that.  I liked the story.  Just I love seeing the Ranma 
characters put through torture (I *love* seeing very good things happening 
to them much more, but I like extremes), and it was dissappointing to see 
such an obvious point to show Ukyou in pain passed upon.  Especially when 
it would add to the story.  You know...if you're going to be dark, be 
*dark*.  Or be surrealistically dark.  But making her kind of sick and not 
making it sound that bad kept the story dark, but made it a bit 
wishy-washy.  That's just my opinion, and probably what I should have 
said in the first place.
