So where you live is no excuse for not knowing the culture of another
country.  Then this means you have no excuse for not knowing the
intricacies of, say, the major Japanese cultural days, or the major
cultural events in India, for example?  Or are you just displaying a
completely Amero-centric view of the world...where everyone else has to
understand American culture, but Americans don't have to have any
international understanding?
