I don't know.  Finally finished reading Careful Destiny 3, and a Ranma-Ranko 
thing seems really random.  The alternative world is more like the real 
world than Rumiko's world...so to have something like incest would 
require a *huge* amount of Ranma-Ranko sexual tension in the air.  IMHO, 
there's about no sexual tension between the two.  Not even enough to 
justify a daydream type scene.
Ranko would consider Ranma her brother no matter what he told her.
