I am also wondering about the first two questions, but definitely
not the third.

I subscribe to the theory that Ranko is after Ranma(I don't
necessarily WANT that but that's what I think) ... even though
it's probably wrong.

You know what would be cool?  Ranko & Kenji go out a couple times
but as they talk about old times they get so pissed at each other
that there is another massacre and things are back to normal :)
