Yes... if this was a "Macross" poll.  But if you'll check the header, it

was a "Robotech" poll and thus used the American character names. 

*nod* *nod* Was just j/k'ing about the Macross naming, but for Robotech,  
isn't it Rick Hunter?  Don't think I've seen it as Richard before... 

 
On the wedding invitation sent out in the Sentinels (what little footage
there is), it specifically says "Richard Hunter" (can't remember the middle
initial) and "Elizabeth Hayes"...
