An idea for the title: Same Planet, Different Worlds.  Both the X-men
and Ranma are offered as the typical example of comics for its culture.  To
put them both together shows the similarities and the differences between
the two.

What's wrong with the current title? I think that "Ranma 1/s: X-Change 
Students" fits perfectly.
