Kasumi was played by Inoue Kikuko.  Among many other roles, she played 1st
Sgt Sakura Saginomiya in Airbats (the one with the gambling problem)

Inoue Kikuko ALSO played Belldandy in A!MG...am I wrong in assuming this 
is where the A!MG reference materialized from?
