Errr...to get into a taboo subject, the existance of repressed sexual desire 
between family members is generally accepted in psychology.  The

interesting subject to put in a fanfic.  Ranma seeing her in Dr. Tofu's, 
along with other things (basic desires for sex, plot devices, etc.) could 
be a catalyst to getting over the incest stigma.  And if you have the 
possibility of putting something interesting in a fanfic that wouldn't 
interrupt the story, you got to go for it.  I'm opposed to lemon for 
lemon's sake (I usually skip over graphic lemons), but if the author 
gets into the psychology behind it, that'd be an mega-cool idea.  IMHO.
