If you would be so kind as to post the names of some of Stackpole's
novels, I'll check out one or two the next time I'm at the bookstore.
Stackpole's novels are the best of the Battletech books in my
opinion. Rather than single novels, his are used as the timeline for
the Battletech universe ( all major events occur in his books only,
other novels are more minor events or different perspectives ). His
first trilogy was the Warrior Saga and included " Warrior : Engarde ",
" Warrior : Riposte " and " Warrior : Coupe ". These are pre clan and
based at the end of the 4th succession war ( Bye bye Liao ).
The second series was the Blood of Kerensky saga and introduced
the clans to the inner sphere. These three are called " Lethal
Heritage " and two others I forget ( its been a long week ).
I hugely recommend them to any battletech fan but read the first
series first. As many of the characters in the second series are
either from the first or the sons/daugthers of the first it adds to
the story to see from whence they came ( Phelen and Kai were always
going to be superhuman with fathers like Justin Allard-Liao and the
the Kells! )
Enjoy :-)

Computers reduce the amount of guessing a man has to do.
Then again, so does the bikini.
Unfortunately the remainder of this sig. file has been
classified TOP SECRET. I mean, I could let you see it,
but then I'd have to kill you.
Thanks a lot Martin! I'll check out some of them next time I'm at
the bookstore.
