Is it?  I think that it states where it starts, but it doesn't really 
state *when* in the series the end would appear....*shrug* Dunna really

Well, it does matter for some things...

Like the fact that the pools don't get destroyed until the last set of 
stories...Which if this is between volumes 36 and 38...the pools aren't 
destroyed yet. They still aren't wells, and Ranma still can't get thrown 
down them...but they at least exist.
