yet, Ranma thoughthe was dreaming, but Ranko knew the not-so-awful-for-her
truth.

My idea was that they were both dreaming, Ranko KNOWS this, but Ranma 
isn't sure, because Ranko is acting EXACTLY as if it really had happened.

And the other question would be, would Ranma's reaction to her reaction to
her dream spawn another spontaneous lemon?  And would Ranko sleep through
it, incorporating the sensations into her dream?

But it didn't.  And this way, Todd can still fit a lemon scene in!
