Personally, I think it's not worth it.  The guy was such a loser, who 
cares if Ryoga beats the snot out of him for the rest of hs life?

--> It's been established so far that Ranma prior to the wish was a devout
non-combatant who didn't get along with his sister or (to some extent) his
father.  He was a mama's boy who clung to Nodoka shamelessly.  Also, he was
an Anime fanatic, and liked to read a lot (hence his title of geek).  He was
sexually promiscuous (as we've seen with Kinuko, although he'll find out
later on that she wasn't the only one...  ^_^ )

On that subject.  While Ranma was carrying Ranko to Dr. Tofu's, Ranko 
said she had figured out why the other Ranma told about Kinuko.  BUT YOU 
NEVER TOLD US!!!!  Ranma said wait until we get to Dr. Tofu's.  I wanna 
know!!!  ^_^
