To the kind folks who've told me that the "Good Times" 'virus' is an AOL joke,
thanks for your insights, but I'm afraid my friend's wiped hard drive was no
joke. I do not know the particulars as to how this happened but I will
endeavour to find out. Those who posted to me will be informed via private
email to keep the noise down here :)

BTW: This is not a friend who would lie but it wouldn't be the first time :P
