In my newest fanfic, Nurse Shampoo, i don't know what to do...

basically, ranma gets really sick and akane refuses to take care
of him (she's being mean again) so shampoo offers...shampoo 
actually endears herself to ranma and ranma takes a hard look 
at having shampoo as his wife instead of akane...

but where do i go from here?  the natural idea would be to
have him choose akane yet again after a long talk, but no!
i would rather have something much more interesting...
(resulting in his deciding to marry akane or at least growing 
a little closer to her.)

but, i need a few suggestions on how to achieve this in a
never-before-seen way.

i haven't the faintest beginnings of an idea for the resolution
of the fanfic.
