IMO, it's totally up to you whether you post to RAAS or not.  Some people don't.

As to how to do it, you just send them to RAAS, the same way you'd post to
RAA.  They won't show up right away tho, because RAAS is moderated.  All
you've actually done is submitted them for posting.  The moderator
(Megazone) has to review them, and *he* does the actual posting to RAAS.
