Huh? Don't you mean Ranko for her sibling?

No, he said it right.  In the first drafts, it's Ranma who iniatiates the 
incidents.  In the rewrites, it becomes Ranko.

Thus, he wants Ranma to chase his sister, but is finding it's more 
natural for Ranko to chase her brother.  And personally, I think Ranko is 
the one who should be pursuing.
